This is health coaching and personal training program that is designed to educate and help you balance out your entire body, inside and out, while bringing you into the best shape of your life. Together, we focus on learning how the mind, body, and spirit work as a whole unit and how to optimize that to accomplish any health-related goal. We focus on stress management, hormones, nutrition, exercise, gaining more energy, and enhancing your spiritual connection. We then take our skills and apply them to everyday life situations that are unique to you so you learn real ways to take back your life!

"Body Lean" (personal training only)
This is a personal training only program and focuses on your physical health in and/or out of the gym. Body Lean programs fuse functional strengthening with balance and proprioception, all while increasing flexibility and allowing your energy to flow more effectively. They are structured around your personal needs and physical limitations, if any. Sessions are delivered in person or via Skype.
What can you expect?
- You can lose 5-15 lbs in the first 4-8 weeks of the program
- You will gain more energy to keep up with your day
- You will gain more mental clarity and focus on our daily tasks
- You will increase your flexibility and decrease the your muscle tightness pain

- After Workout Smoothies: Regular smoothies provided to you following each training session we have together so that you are receiving the proper nutrition required for better body recovery and replenishment. Allergies and food preferences will be discussed!
- Meditation/Energy clearing session: Learn how to relax and soothe your mental state by creating an internal oasis filled with energy and healing light that can help get you through your day with success and can help bring further abundance into your reality.
