Cancellation Policy

I try to keep scheduling simple, fair, and respectful — for both of us!

1:1 Sessions

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.

• Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

• No-shows are charged at 100%.

Group Events / Workshops

• Please cancel at least 24 hours before the event so someone else can take your spot.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee (or “non-refundable” — see note below).

• If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend — just send me their name.

If something truly unexpected happens (a real-life emergency), reach out. I’m human, too, and I’ll do my best to work with you!
