If you’ve been running on fumes, you don’t need a full life overhaul. You need one good reset. These events are simple, supportive, and created for sensitive systems — the kind that pick up everything and don’t always know how to power down!
“Relaxing & Easy! "Tansy was absolutely amazing to work with. She made me feel very comfortable from the start of our conversations talking about what was important to me and what I was looking for in my search. She is truly a gifted human and healer!” ~ Lisa T.

Group energy healing is a shared space where your nervous system can downshift, your energy can soften, and your body can release what it’s been holding — without you having to talk it all out.
You’ll still have your own experience inside the room, but the group container often makes it easier to settle, receive, and feel supported. -

Bring:
a bottle of water
a journal if you like to take notes
anything that helps you feel cozy (layers, socks, etc.), if the space allows
