But I gotta say, just from a personal standpoint, getting on here and being able to talk about the crystal healing side and bringing that next level and element not only to the podcast, but also voicing it out, putting it out, I mean, honestly, just being authentic in all of the work that I do, in all of the work that I bring to you, it just felt so good. It felt liberating. And honestly, I can’t wait to keep doing more of these special series.

0:05:04 Tansy Rodgers: Step into the integration layer. Now, here’s something that most people don’t talk about after healing. It is that thing that I find so challenging because we talk in depth about how to heal, how to step forward, how to align ourselves to a better health, to a better version of ourselves. But we don’t necessarily talk about what to do after. After the healing happens. The moment after the shift is where the real choice starts to begin.
0:05:38 Tansy Rodgers: Because insight doesn’t mean embodiment. Clarity doesn’t mean courage. Evolution doesn’t mean ease. Healing doesn’t mean health. You’ve worked your way through the root to the crown. You’ve cracked wide open. You’ve remembered. You’ve aligned. You’ve awakened. You’ve learned about who you truly are. You’ve accepted the challenge, perhaps, of moving forward and connecting with your deepest sense of knowing your future self, your ultimate place of healing.
0:06:16 Tansy Rodgers: Now the question becomes, how do you live this version of you when the old version still wants to pull you back into comfort? Because the old patterns they don’t just disappear. They get triggered as you start to rise and expand. The people who knew you as the before version, well, they’re going to want her back, and sometimes so will you, because there’s familiarity there and that can be really comforting.
0:06:49 Tansy Rodgers: It can cause the ease that sometimes when we’re in really tough situations, we desperately want to cling to. But this right now, this here, this is the moment where you don’t need another activation. You need recalibration, forgiveness, fire deep within your soul, deep within your gut, so that you can keep moving forward and at the same time, stay grounded and forgiving about the places that you’ve been and more open to the recalibration and the expansion of where you’re going.
0:07:26 Tansy Rodgers: You need support that’s grounded in practice. So here are going to be some real life integration tools that I want to share with you that I love and use, especially when growth is feeling really gritty and really challenging, to step forward and stay in these practices. So the way that we’re going to do this, I’m going to give you four different practices that you do, incorporating activities that are really important for the integration process, but then also bringing in some of the crystals that we’ve already talked about and sprinkled throughout all of the chakras.
0:08:03 Tansy Rodgers: Now, we are going to learn about three new ones today, and I will mention them here in these practices, and I’ll get more in depth in a little bit later on in this episode. But I want you to really learn not only how you can integrate, but also how you can bring all of these crystals that you’ve already been working with and plop them right into these practices for integration as well. All right, let’s start with the first one.
0:08:32 Tansy Rodgers: This first one is all about boundaries. Because integration requires protection. It requires you to set boundaries. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for your new way of being. No one. This is part of your personal growth. So what I want you to do, what I challenge or invite you to do, is to write a few, go to scripts ahead of time that protect your energy without the guilt. So this could look like, for example, I’m in a season of recalibration and protecting my energy.
0:09:09 Tansy Rodgers: Thanks for understanding. If I take longer to reply or I’m practicing listening to myself first, I’ll let you know what feels aligned when I’m checked in. Now, if those even feel like they’re too much, like there’s people who aren’t going to really accept that, you can even just dial that back a little bit and be very blunt and straightforward and say, hmm, I’ll let you know what feels aligned when I’ve checked in with myself. I’ve got to look at my calendar, right?
0:09:43 Tansy Rodgers: No one needs to know if your calendar is your internal calendar. Nobody needs to know how long it’s going to take. Simply just letting somebody know I will get back to you about that is a really important part of the process. Now, if we’re talking about crystal allies, there’s three that are really great for this. Number one, Amazonite, because it helps you to speak boundaries with clarity and kindness.
0:10:15 Tansy Rodgers: It helps to decrease that stress and open up the throat chakra so that you’re able to better step forward and say what you need to say. Number two, black tourmaline, because it keeps you grounded while also emotionally detaching from other people’s reactions. And then finally, and this is one we’re going to speak about more today, is the Herkimer diamond because it keeps your energy tuned into your truth instead of just absorbing outside pressures.
0:10:47 Tansy Rodgers: One way that you could use one of these crystals, or all of them is to hold the crystal while writing or practicing your scripts in the mirror. Maybe wear Amazonite when you’re entering potentially boundary testing conversations so that it can help you to stay into your calm power. Or maybe you pop a piece of black tourmaline into your pocket or wear it as a bracelet around your wrist to help ground you, but also to provide that energetic protection.
0:11:18 Tansy Rodgers: Boundaries are huge. And so preparing ahead of time, I know this is really important for me. If I don’t have something prepared ahead of time, I easily go into freeze mode. And so having just a few scripts that I’ve already worked through in my head that I have felt comfortable with that feel like they’ve taken out the guessing game is so soothing for my nervous system. And it also helps me to better speak it that my throat doesn’t close up, that I don’t go into freeze mode quite as easily.
0:11:53 Tansy Rodgers: So having those scripts ahead of time might be a great tool for you to just better set the boundaries, especially, especially if you’re worried about hurting people’s feelings. All right, let’s go into number two, activity number two for integration. This is all about doing some mirror work because your new self needs to be witnessed by you. It’s so easy to get into this place of healing by doing, but when you are not necessarily taking that time to step back and just be and see yourself and give gratitude and recognition for, for all of the hard work that you’re doing, boy, that can really be a game changer.
0:12:40 Tansy Rodgers: Because so many people seek validation if they’re okay, if they’re worthy, if everything is all right by what’s going on on the outside, they look for that support, that validation outside of themselves. But the problem with that is that when you are making changes, when you are getting healthier and maybe you can’t see it on the outside, or maybe it doesn’t doesn’t vibe with people around you, then you may not get the validation you want and it’s easier to throw the talon.
0:13:16 Tansy Rodgers: So allowing yourself to be witnessed by you so you can give yourself that validation is so important. Mirror work isn’t just about affirmations that sound good. It’s really about being honest. Honest with the version of who you are that’s emerging. Even if you have a shaky voice, even if your knees are knocking, even if you don’t feel it deep within your heart, is about initiating that process and using those words, using your eyes, using the depth of your soul and your knowing to really connect in with the truth.
0:13:53 Tansy Rodgers: So what I invite you to do is to find a mirror and look directly into your own eyes and speak directly to the you who is evolving and expanding and say things like, I see the version of me that I’ve become. I honor the version I’m releasing. I am safe to live as her. Or whatever affirmations, whatever points of knowing, whatever words of wisdom that you want to speak to yourself, speak those. This is just an example of ideas of what you could bring forward.
0:14:37 Tansy Rodgers: But again, it’s about the recognition. It’s about that recognition and that connection. And so crystal allies that you can bring in for this part of your mirror work. This part of the integration within would be rose quartz. Super awesome for this. It helps to soften self judgment and infuse self reflection with compassion. You can also use some Rhodonite, which is gonna help to support forgiveness of past identities and patterns and allow you to step into your heart opening.
0:15:10 Tansy Rodgers: And then diapatase, which this is gonna be one that we’re gonna be talking about today as well. Diapatase is great for deeper emotional release and anchoring that true self love deep, deep into your heart. Now if you want to use them while you are doing some mirror work, you can simply hold a crystal. Or if you want to work with all of them, you can hold all the crystals in your non dominant hand, which is your receiving side as you do this mirror work.
0:15:39 Tansy Rodgers: Or you can tape a small piece of rose quartz or Rhodonite to the corner of your mirror as a reminder to keep showing up for the truth of who you are becoming each and every day. It’s kind of like that visual reminder to connect back in with yourself and to give yourself that that moment of connection and validation and just knowing that it is okay to honor yourself at any given moment. Number three.
0:16:12 Tansy Rodgers: Number three is about rituals. I find rituals to be so incredibly powerful because of how they bookend or how they momentarily divide times throughout your day. I’m going to talk specifically about energetic bookending rituals in morning and the evening so that you can allow your nervous system to really start to adjust and shift. Especially if you find yourself having really busy days, it can be challenging to number one, take the time to integrate some kind of ritual work. But also number two, to remember to integrate that ritual work.
0:16:56 Tansy Rodgers: That is what I find to be the hardest part sometimes. So anyway, it’s all about your nervous system and allowing it to adjust to this shift. Healing doesn’t stick because of what you know. Remember that healing isn’t about what you know, it’s about what you do again and again and again and again. It’s about the repetition. So let’s talk about a morning and an evening activation and release. And remember these don’t have to be big complex points in your day, complex activities. It’s about creating moments and pockets of time.
0:17:34 Tansy Rodgers: Okay, let’s step into the morning activation where you are really facilitating aligned action. Hold a piece of fire agate or red Jasper. Take a deep breath in through the nose, exhaling out through the mouth and then breathe in again but this time making sure to breathe into your belly and say out loud, today I act from soul, not fear. My fire moves with purpose deep within me. And then just take a moment, whatever amount of time feels right for you and connect with that stone as you connect also with the inner fire that you can feel starting to rise and expand deep within your solar plexus.
0:18:27 Tansy Rodgers: That’s all you need to do that. It’s that simple. Just to connect in. Now let’s look at an evening release. This is about emotionally letting go, letting go of the day and the stress that you have maybe held in and held up within your body. Take a piece of diapatase or unicite and hold it over your heart. Let your breath start to just slow down as you connect into that stone and as you connect into the wisdom that’s coming out of the stone and as you feel yourself connecting in, start to take a moment and just expand that heart space feeling more deeper, loving energy expanding out of your heart and say, I forgive what didn’t align.
0:19:24 Tansy Rodgers: I soften into what’s next. And again, take that moment for as long as you need to. Just connect into that stone. And when you feel that you have connected, take a deep breath in through the nose and then exhale out through the mouth. Just letting go of all of that stress and all of that pent up emotion that is ready to be released. These small daily rituals teach your body that this new version of you is not a performance.
0:19:57 Tansy Rodgers: That is your real, sustainable, everyday energy. And remember, if you want to keep working with these stones throughout the day, you can put them into a pouch or place them either by your bathroom mirror or by your bed so they become part of your rhythm. Step in and let their energy just anchor your transformation in muscle memory, not just in the mindset that you’re trying to create right now. All right, and number four, Integration is always so much easier when there is something tactile that you can work with, an object that you can connect to.
0:20:38 Tansy Rodgers: Energy shifts can feel really. They can feel really abstract. When you’re in deep transformation, it helps to have something that you can touch to ground that new frequency in. So choose a physical item, either some crystal jewelry, a stone in your pocket, a bracelet, a ring, and assign it one single job. One job. You can speak an affirmation like, you are the version of me that I’m becoming, or you can just assign it that job as a reminder to bring you back into your body.
0:21:16 Tansy Rodgers: When old thoughts come up or you start to contract into some old patterns, touch that item and remind yourself that you. You don’t live there anymore. You don’t live there anymore. You are allowed to expand now. Some great crystal allies for this one. Labradorite. It helps to carry the frequency of transformation and helps hold your intuitive timeline a little more steady. Clear quartz is great to help amplify your intention and programs easily with the energy that you’re becoming and stepping into.
0:21:51 Tansy Rodgers: And then Chrysocolla reminds you to speak and act and move from the wise voice within, even when you feel vulnerable. And you know, like I said, you can use them pretty much in any way, but you can wear them as a necklace, you can wear it as a bracelet, or keep a stone in your clothing or in a bag. Before leaving the house, place your hand over it and say your anchoring phrase, whatever that anchoring phrase is for you that you’ve come up with.
0:22:22 Tansy Rodgers: This becomes your energetic checkpoint throughout the day. That point of Tactile touch bringing you back into your body, but also reminding you why you are doing what you’re doing and why you’re on this journey. These steps aren’t just tools that I’ve talked about. They’re really commitments to yourself, commitments to who you’re becoming. They help you root into this new way of being on purpose, even when it’s uncomfortable.
0:22:49 Tansy Rodgers: Especially when it’s uncomfortable. All right, so I want to talk about three stones that I’ve already mentioned today that are so perfect for this part of the series, this part of your journey, because of how they really help with transformation and how they also help to connect and align you with your future self and what your soul really is craving. So let’s talk about the first stone. The first one is the Herkimer Diamond. This is the attunement stone.
0:23:23 Tansy Rodgers: The Herkimer diamond isn’t about flash, but more about frequency. Is here to help you tune back into your highest self. When the noise of other people’s expectations tries to creep back in. It helps to sharpen your inner knowing, clear mental clutter. And most importantly, it helps you to tell the difference between intuition and old people. Pleasing patterns that really. That really they’re dressed in this whole spiritual language, right?
0:23:55 Tansy Rodgers: And so it’s easy to fall into that and forget what you intuitively need. I love using the Herkimer diamond when I want to do any kind of journaling sessions or voice notes because it helps to bring me clarity, a of sense, especially around decisions. If I want more clarity deep into those decisions, I will even hold it over my third eye and take a few deep breaths and ask it. Is this soul led or fear wrapped in familiarity?
0:24:29 Tansy Rodgers: Is this soul led or fear wrapped in familiarity? It helps to bring that recalibration faster and helps me to just take that moment to allow myself to see the clarity that’s just right behind the fog. Crystal number two is Diapatais. This is the sacred forgiveness stone. Oh, Diapatais. This is not a stone that you work with lightly, but it is everything when you’re shifting timelines and need to let go of the version of you that stayed so small to stay safe.
0:25:11 Tansy Rodgers: It helps you to forgive yourself, to let go of past pain without bypassing it, to anchor compassion into your body, not just your thoughts. It’s the heart’s truth serum, and it gently dissolves emotional anchors that hold you in loops of shame, regret, resistance to your own brilliance. I love using diapatase on my heart, so I’ll place a piece of that on my heart when I’m doing some somatic work or during self reiki sessions. And I will literally ask it, what emotional weight am I carrying that no longer matches this version of me?
0:25:50 Tansy Rodgers: What can I let go of? Let it hold you as you let go. Take that moment to just thank it, to be at peace with it, and then to let go of all of those things that are holding you back in this moment. All right, and number three. Number three crystal is fire agate, the aligned action activator. This is for when your soul says yes, but your nervous system says, can we not? Can we not? Fire agate doesn’t want to rush you, it wants to activate you.
0:26:34 Tansy Rodgers: It holds the root and the sacral steady while helping you to act from power, not panic. This is your leap with grounding stone for the podcast that you’ve been putting off, for the conversation that you’ve been avoiding, for the version of you that you’ve been dreaming about becoming but haven’t fully stepped into yet. This is the stone for you. And I love using fire agate by carrying it in my pocket when I know that I need to stretch, especially when I’m teaching or leading or needing to speak my truth.
0:27:10 Tansy Rodgers: It’s a great stone to connect into, to just give you that little bit of courage, but also that fire within you that says I can’t hold back. I pair it with breath, work and a mantra of things like I am safe to expand or action can be sacred or courage doesn’t need to feel easy, it needs to feel aligned. Those are just some ideas of things that you could say with this with when you use fire agate. But again, you can choose whatever really aligns for you.
0:27:50 Tansy Rodgers: And so for our practice, for our integration ritual that I want to bring to you this week on integrating and stepping forward with Bold Action, I want you to grab either your Herkimer diamond, your diapatais, or a fire agate. And if you don’t have any of those, you can grab whichever stone you’re feeling either drawn to or whichever area that you want to activate. Either your third eye, your heart, or your solar plexus.
0:28:22 Tansy Rodgers: So you can go back to the episodes where I talked about the crystals for each one of those. And you can use a crystal specifically there. Or if you have a Herkimer diamond, a diapatase, or a fire agate, you can go ahead and grab those. Or remember, you can also mix and match. So grab the stones that you want to work with, and then I want you to find a quiet Place where you can either sit or lie down in stillness. You are going to place the crystals on your third eye, your heart and your solar plexus. So maybe lying down might be the best option here, if that’s available to you.
0:29:03 Tansy Rodgers: When you get into position, I want you just to allow yourself to relax into whatever position you’re in. Then you’re going to grab the stones that you’ve chosen and you’re going to place your Herkimer diamond over your brow or your third eye, or whatever stone you’ve chosen for the third eye. You’re going to take your diapatais, or the stone that you chose for your heart chakra, and place it over your heart.
0:29:30 Tansy Rodgers: And then you’re going to take your fire agate or the stone you chose for your solar plexus and place it over your belly. And once you have those placed comfortably, if it is safe to do so, I want you to close your eyes. Let’s take a deep breath, coming in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth. Just letting yourself connect to the stone, letting yourself feel the stones, letting yourself open to the stones, helping you on this journey.
0:30:08 Tansy Rodgers: And now say out, what truth am I ready to live? What part of me is still clinging to the old? What action would align me with my expansion? And just take a moment to breathe into the answers. Don’t rush them, just let them land as they’re supposed to. You can pause this so that you can take longer moments to breathe into those answers and let whatever comes in wants to come in. And then when you’re ready, take a nice deep breath, coming in through the nose, exhaling out through the mouth.
0:31:11 Tansy Rodgers: And you can open your eyes now, when you’re ready. And after you’ve had time for some of these answers to land, I want you to take one small aligned action within 24 hours. Just one. Write it down. Make a commitment to it. Just one small aligned action within the next 24 hours. Because Soul in motion isn’t about hustle. It’s about alignment in motion. It’s about alignment. This week, your task isn’t to do more, to become more of what you already are.
0:31:56 Tansy Rodgers: So as you move forward, ask yourself this week, what needs to change in how I move through the world? Now that I’ve shifted, where am I being asked to lead from? Embodiment, not theory. And what am I willing to release so that I can rise with clarity? Let the Herkimer diamond attune you. Let the diapatais forgive what no longer fits. And let that fire agate help you move with courage.
