Kim Hynes is a Holistic Nutritionist whose goal is to help 40+ women give themselves permission to eat, to manage their bodies intuitively, and feel confident in their bodies…all without restrictive dieting. She also works with women in menopause to overcome emotional and stress eating, learn the habits and framework needed to feel comfortable in their own skin.

She also has an MBA and certifications in Food Addiction Coaching and gut health. She owns a practice with 2 therapists and has been doing group and one to one coaching for almost 10 years. Kim uses her personal journey and relationship with food, her teaching and training background and education to help people feel less stress, maintain a healthy mind and body and have tons of energy all without dieting.
