That is what this podcast is all about.

In this podcast, I am talking about the 4 main things I do when my mood swings feel out of control and how I got myself from wallowing in my moods for weeks down to a day or two (and sometimes, just hours)! These 4 tips are can help you shift your perspective, increase your self-love, build more confidence, decrease your reactions, help you step away from the triggers, and help you discover what the root causes are of your mood swings in the first place.
