Having a mentor and having some guidance when I was first starting my health journey ( and definitely when I was in the turmoil of it) would have been so helpful! Looking back, there are many points that I wish I knew early on to make the journey less traumatic and to help me propel me forward. I have learned that my journey is not just my journey, rather a different version of many others that are struggling. That is why I wanted to create this episode — to help shed some light on points that are often not talked about or focused on. No more hiding! 

In this episode, I talk about why healing childhood wounds set you up for achieving your health goals, how food sensitivities and too much exercise can stop you in your tracks to better health, how healing your throat chakra and speaking your truths propels you forward, why you should only be authentic, why you should choose self-love first, and so much more!
