Overlooked Causes Of Your Depression & Anxiety

Episode title: Overlooked Causes Of Your Depression & Anxiety

Episode summary introduction:

Not all depression and anxiety originally stem from the brain's chemical imbalances. And not all depression and anxiety are fleeting moments in time — some are rooted so deeply and turn into a mixed bag of reasons. Your mental and emotional health are critical for your foundational health and wellness, but healing that — truly healing that — goes much further than just talking to a close friend, journaling a few times, or even going to see a therapist. All of those are super helpful, but it goes deeper. In this episode, I am going to talk about some of the most commonly overlooked causes of your depression and anxiety and how you can make shifts to relieve some of the frustration and start living a more happy and vibrant life.

**Disclaimer:  I am not a mental health expert. Even though I have a degree in psychology and have studied much of mental health, I do not say that I am an expert. Please take this advice with what resonates. And if none of it does, then you can leave it. Also, if you are dealing with mental health imbalances that feel like they have been a real struggle or do not seem to be improving, I do suggest you talk to a mental health specialist or a trusted doctor to help you safely move forward.
