Nothing compares to the energy I feel after indulging in a raw, healthy meal! I made these energy bars last week and, I have to say, they are spectacular. I used raw cacao instead of the cocoa and I rolled them into bite-size balls instead of the bars, for easier traveling purposes. They are easy and quick to make, not to mention that they are loaded with nutrients!
