I was born with passion. This born and raised Pennsylvanian girl has always felt drawn to helping others be better and giving to others out of the depths of her heart. It’s what felt right. It's what felt natural. Looking back on my younger years, I realize it was all in preparation for this — creating change.
That change did not come easy. After years of learning about myself and pushing through my own health issues, including depression and massive mood swings, I discovered that true health is much more than just exercise and eating healthy. I discovered the sweet sauce of personal empowerment and feeling like a rockstar most days of my life.
And, that is what I now bring to you!
Through my health coaching, personal training, and speaking sessions, I help you build confidence in yourself. I help you learn how rediscover your body and personal strength. True harmony from the inside out. In every part of my work, my main goal is simple — help you to be the healthiest, most vibrant person that you want to be!
Taking a little journey back, it was all fueled out of passion and curiosity. As a self-proclaimed book nerd, I always have had a thirst for knowledge. Reading more. Researching further down the rabbit hole. Discovering new interests. Listening to others talk and disclose their health secrets. Passion and curiosity coupled with the innate desire to heal others — BOOM! — beU Complete is born!
Not only am I curious about physical health and nutrition, but I have a diverse curiosity and passion for other things such as spirituality, books, music, culture, art, nature, alternative medicine, philanthropy, and cooking, just to name a few. I am truly multi-passionate.
So how do I bring a lot of my passions together so that it can help you on your journey?
In my work, I specialize in both preventative and rehab care. Along with my health coaching and personal training, I am also a licensed physical therapist assistant. This has provided me to be able to create coaching programs and protocols that help to keep you safe in your workouts and safe in navigating through your health obstacles.
My weekly blog and my guest blogs serves as a place for you to learn and journey with me through many areas of health that can serve as tools for you to pick and choose from. Each of us is our own unique being. We need our own special sauce.
In my podcast, I bring to you inspiration through connecting you into other incredible experts on their own journey and life-changing tips that can serve as a resource to you.
