This is a personal training only program and focuses on your physical health in and/or out of the gym.  These are 1/2 hour sessions.

"Body Lean" (personal training only)- This is a personal training only program and focuses on your physical health in and/or out of the gym.

What can you expect?

  • You can lose 5-15 lbs in the first 4-8 weeks of the program

Tier One: Express Training1/2 hour of 10 sessions         

Tier Two: Ultimate Lean- 1 hour of 10 sessions       

Tier Three: Success and Beyond- Weekly emails and monthly phone call for accountability     

"Body Lean" includes:

  • One-on-one customized functional and traditional training sessions performed in person or online (Skype, etc)
  • Focus on personalized goals
  • Accountability
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Different challenging and innovative workouts each training session that we are together
  • Regular new, individual workout with detailed follow-up emails complete with video explanations and instructions
  • Teaching of proper training techniques and how exercises directly affect your body

  • Weekly goal setting and tracking sheets to show progress
